FEW Bourbon Whiskey

The FEW Bourbon Whiskey comprises 70% corn, 20% barley and 10% rye. It's quite rustic, leading with grassy hay notes followed by cinnamon and clove, along with caramel, citrus, and just a hint of rye spiciness and herbal quality. Though there is no age statement, it is robust--not hot at 93 proof--making this a worthwhile addition to the bar.
