Taconic Distillery Bourbon Mizunara Cask

From the producer: This limited release bourbon has been aged in rare Japanese Mizunara Oak Casks, creating a one-of-a-kind bourbon  experience. Due to the Mizunara oak’s porous nature and unique characteristics, it can take longer to impart its signature flavors. The nose is delicate with floral notes, honey and exotic spices, while the palate is velvety and rich with flavors of toasted coconut, cinnamon and dried fruit. The finish is long, warm and complex with lingering spice and oak sweetness.
