Deep ruby-red. Black cherry, mocha and underbrush, along with an oaky sweetness on the nose. Large-scaled, oaky and extracted, with just enough sweetness to support its alcohol. Could use more elegance and restraint. Finishes with strong, drying oak tannins and a faint green streak.
