Diamond Reserve Dark Rum

Diamond Reserve Dark Rum is a dark Demerara rum produced by Demerara Distillers Limited, the last remaining distillery in Guyana. Distilled from 100% molasses primarily in DDL’s heritage four-column, metal French Savalle still, this lightly aged rum has the strength and full-bodied taste to appeal to both the traditional and adventurous rum drinkers while adding depth and complexity to cocktails. Aromas of caramelized palm sugar and vanilla buttercream precede a palate that oscillates between sweet molasses and fresh, green sugarcane fibers with a hint of toasted almond and nutmeg on the finish. 40% ABV.
