Enjoy this custom blend of 7 yr rye and 17 yr bourbon, designed to beautifully accentuate Barbados flavor, aged for 23 months in Foursquare rum barrels. Plantain, toasted almond, and clove meld with coconut, peanut, orange zest, and raisin. A vibrant palate balances rye spice with aged oak, leading to an enveloping, complex finish of baked fruit, lingering spice, and caramel sweetness.
