Sixty-five percent of this Zinfandel blend consists of 18 to 20-year-old vines with the balance (35%) being well over 100 years old. The nose delivers a stunning concentration of rich, ripe fruits (blackberry, black cherry and plum) with undertones of fresh earth, chocolate and spice.

Structured by the cool microclimate of Alexander Valley in northern Sonoma. Full of ripe plum, red wild berry, mocha, and baking spice. Traditionally made and only lightly fined and filtered after aging in French oak.

This skin contact wine was made according to a 6000-year-old tradition in South Africa, naturally fermented and matured in neutral vessels. Savory and food friendly.

A unique skin-contact white crafted by nuns rom native Lazio varieties. Aromatic, textured, and savory, with notes of dried herbs, orchard fruit, citrus peel, and a mineral edge.

The 2023 Grenache Blanc Paso Robles is bright and fresh, especially for a rich variety grown in a hot climate. Dollops of Picpoul and Roussanne round out the blend. Marzipan, white peach and mint introduce a wine with an enticing texture. Lithe and energetic, it fills out the mid-palate with joyful fruit.

Exotically perfumed black and blue liqueur, incense and candied licorice scents, along with woodsmoke, olive and exotic spice overtones. Seamless and expansive on the palate, offering concentrated blackberry, boysenberry and cherry cola flavors that show outstanding energy and mineral lift. Rich yet lively in style, displaying slow-building tannins on a strikingly long, focused finish. 

A beautifully structured 100% Grenache that seamlessly knits mouth watering acidity and light beams of delicious red, blue and purple fruits with lifted aromas of white pepper and cinnamon.

This garnet wine reveals aromas of ash and plum marmalade, with a faintly herbal core and hints of oaky cedar. Dry and lean, the fairly chalky texture lingers long, concluding with a compact, flavorful and lasting finish. The 2012 is a beautiful old-school Rioja.

The 2015 Bianco Arboreus bursts from the glass with a rich and nearly tropical mix of green melon, papaya and sweet mint. It coasts along the palate with glycerol-like textures that are perfectly balanced by saline-mineral tones, as ripe orchard fruits and sweet spices cascade across its juicy acid core. 

The vibrant, high-toned Gevrey-Chambertin Les Evocelles is elegant, finesseful and slow to reveal itself. Be sure to use a good large glass. The wine has a dark, saturated ruby color, nearly purple at the center, then cools to bright fuchsia just at the edge. Fresh aromas of black and red fruit, including ripe wild cherries, raspberry preserves, and crushed pomegranate suffuse the nose, along with fresh white tobacco, dried geraniums, and a faint suggestion of freshly crushed pine bark. 

Sweet, silky tannins provide the backbone for the 2010 Barolo Cannubi, a wine that impresses for its creamy texture and fabulous overall balance. Sweet red berries, mint, tobacco, cherries and flowers flesh out in a soft, caressing Barolo loaded with finesse. All the elements meld together in the glass. The Cannubi is naturally a more feminine wine than the Terlo, and equally appealing, even if it is totally different in style. 

This beauty is almost a hypothetical combination of the La Fortune and La Digoine with more aromatic complexity than either of them along with excellent definition and punch on the admirably concentrated, textured and mineral-inflected flavors that deliver genuinely remarkable length on the balanced, lingering and ever-so-mildly rustic finish. 

The 2019 Montefalco Rosso Riserva Pipparello smolders up with a hauntingly dark bouquet of grilled herbs, cloves, flowery undergrowth and dried black cherries. This mixes silken textures with a wonderfully graceful feel, showing vividly pure red berry fruits and a cascade of spices, all offset by a tinge of sour citrus. 

The wine is dense (by Pinot standards), layered, structured, elegant, mysterious, and intensely aromatic. We are ecstatic to be able to offer you this exclusive, profoundly rare Pinot Noir.
