Faccia Brutto Centerbe Giallo

From the Producer: Centerbe Giallo is a happy accident. We aged our beloved Centerbe in used white wine barrels for one year to see what would happen. After a year we dumped the barrels and let the spirit rest in stainless steel for 4 months. Once we tasted it, we knew we had a winner. We then added tinctures of lemon leaf and saffron, sweetened, and bottled it. Since it was a limited run, we only produced 66 cases and we are sold out, however, the success of Giallo led us to increase production and we will have a yearly drop.
