Is there anybody in there? Just nod if you can hear me. Is there anyone home? Certainly not here, there, or everywhere. Which leaves us where we are, taking all our words from the books that you don’t read, anyway. Are we men or are we mice? Are we Devo? From this depth of the ether it’s hard to say, and hard to handle, though I can see for miles, but only inward, trapped near the inner circle of fault, toward disappearing completely. For what it’s worth, from whence it is viewed makes all the difference, like the road less traveled by, or the metaphor that’s like a simile. But perhaps there’s no there there. The who can say. Time will tell. Would if I could’ve needed a drink, but is found sober the day as was born. Words are fun, but these are dense and unforgiving like February fruitcake. Though they enjoyed ourselves nonetheless. Wait, what was the question?
Now, we’ve got 2 FREE in-store tastings this week. Our regular Thursday tasting welcomes back to the shop, our friends from Kings County Distillery, who came onto the scene right about when we did, and we’ve been stocking their whiskeys ever since. Please join us this Thursday, October 30th (5-7pm), for FREE tastes of Kings County Blended Bourbon, Straight Bourbon, and Peated Bourbon! We’ll likely have something from the archives open for tasting as well. Regardless, all Kings Co bottles are 10% off in-store on tasting day only!
Then on Saturday, we’ll have a bonus FREE tasting with our buddies from Winebow. This one will be all over the place (in a good way) and is still coming together, if we’re gonna be totally honest.
