Roknar BiB Single Varietal Straight Rye Whiskey reflects the grit and grace of northern Minnesota farming. The rye endured bitter winters, spring hailstorms, and blistering summer heat — each season leaving its signature on the grain. The result is a subtle, nuanced and complex rye with deep grain character, structured spice, and a smooth, enduring finish that could only come from grain this good and a place this remote. Aged for 4+ years in new 53 gallon oak barrels.
Mash Bill: 80% AC Hazlet Rye, 10% Heirloom Corn, 10% Malt Barley
