WTF Free Rangers,
Is it Monday again already? How did this happen? We weren’t properly notified.
Wait, it’s Tuesday now? Rude. Way too far behind the to-do list for this. Can we put the breaks on this at all? I’m gonna make some calls.
I’m sorry, Wednesday is it?! I’m certain nobody authorized this. It was definitely Monday that I was digging for something in the cellar, and I’ve come up the stairs to discover being two days behind again on the Monday e-mail. Have we all gone mad? Of course, we’re all a little mad here, always have been. Besides, there have really only been three items on my to-do list since circa 2012: 1) wake up earlier 2) do everything 3) be a better person. One was achieved. Working on two and three now. Good luck to us all. P.S. Happy Birthday, Mom! Will call you shortly (probably a while ago by the time this goes out).
Now, this week’s FREE in-store tasting welcomes back to the shop our pal, John from Skin Contact Wines, from whence we acquire some of our most elegant and cleanest juice. He’ll be here TOMORROW, Thursday, March 26th (5-7pm), to pour you FREE tastes of a classic dry food friendly skin contact white from our go-to Georgian producer, Anapea Village Sandro 2020, and a super clean pair by mom & pop shop, Accenti Wines: The Red Herring Verdleho 2023, a skin contact white which encountered red skins, and a beautiful old school French style Carignan, Accenti Village Carignan 2022. Come on down for a taste and enjoy 10% off all of the above, in-store on tasting day only!
And ahead of Passover, for those who like to plan ahead, here’s 10% off all in-stock Kosher wine(s) by Twin Suns and Shirah, or 20% any 6+ bottles (mix & match). There are a lot of not so great and much too pricey for their not greatness Kosher wines out there. These are not those. The entire Twin Suns and Shirah lines are delicious well made CA (and the occasional OR) wines that happen to also be certified Kosher. I’m particularly fond of their Pinot Noir(s) and Zinfandel. This sale is ONLINE ONLY, and this week only (through the weekend at least)! Stock up early and save. Check out your options here:
