It’s Tuesday and the Monday e-mail still eludes me. Lots going on. Many fun happenings in the pipeline for this summer’s Atlantic Ave BID Hoyt Open Street(s) Program, which you can read about- along with other Atlantic Ave related events- here: https://atlanticavebid.org/upcoming-events/. By the grace of dog, perhaps the cops- who are suppose to be helping us with illegal parking during our Hoyt Open Streets– will stop illegally parking their cars there. Hope springs eternal.
And thanks to all of those who have already (and/or will soon) come check out our art installation(s) as part of Atlantic Ave ArtWalk (put on by some other Atlantic Ave related org). Also on display this week in the shop is an original watercolor by John Lurie, which once belonged to Anthony Bourdain, and a few photographs I shot in a former life, one depicting Tina Weymouth of Talking Heads with the band, RANA, shot at CGBG’s in its final days on Bowery. Good times.
