From the Producer:
Harvest : 2016 / Disgorgement : March 2022 / Aging : 6 years on the lees
Pinot Meunier : 100% / Ground(s) : marl, clay-limestone
/ Dosage (grape sugar): 5g/liter
/ Sulphites: very low sulphite
Tasting :
Fine bubbles, a golden color with copper highlights - intense shine, a gourmet nose and generous, peach, citrus and sweet almond aromas that will delight your taste buds.
Food & champagne pairings:
This fruity but not very sweet champagne will perfectly accompany your dishes with flavors balanced (not too rich, not too spicy).
We suggest a chicken cutlet with cream, or a vegetarian salad with herbs and walnut or truffle oil.
It will enhance a good dessert with little sugar.
Ideal tasting temperature: 8 to 10°C
