The 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Limitless shows notes of cedar wood, creosote, mulberry and blackcurrant in a complex, relatively evolved aromatic display. It is medium-bodied with sweet oak, juicy fruit and light tannin. As most professionals have observed, 2011 was a challenging vintage, but the AVA that stood out for the highest level of quality was Howell Mountain. This is an example of a delicious, fully mature Cabernet Sauvignon.
