This Burgundy presents a medium intensity color with nuanced purple at a young age, then becoming ruby ??and red orange after a few years of aging in bottle. The aromas of cassis and cherry are quite marked in its youth, then appear fur and humus mixed with candied fruit.

This wine will pair with simple cooking, like grilled fish, red wine carp and also quail and soft cheeses.
