From the Producer: CAN 01 started life as a tribute to a certain popular and highly colorful bottled alcoholic drink. The one-off experiment became a permanent fixture. Delicately fizzy, CAN 01 leads with an acidic gooseberry flavor balanced by a flowery milk oolong tea, and rounded out by freshly cut toasted birch and an undercurrent of pomelo zest.
