Roknar is a rye like no other — milled, fermented, distilled, and aged entirely on-site in small batches. Each bottle reflects the strength of our northern climate and the soul of the soil it sprang from. Aged for 2 years in 15-gallon charred oak barrels and finished in Cognac casks.

The Minnesota Mash Bill: 80% AC Hazlet Rye, 10% heirloom corn and 10% malt barley

Roknar marries aromas of brown sugar and cinnamon with vanilla bean, roasted almonds and freshly sawn oak.
