• Distilled at Taconic Distillery in Stanfordville, New York, from a mash bill of 85% corn, 10% rye, and 5% malted barley
• All grain sourced from Migliorelli Farm in Tivoli, New York
• Distilled in a 12’ Vendome column still
• Aged a minimum of 4 years in 30-gallon char #3 Cooper Select barrels from Independent Stave Company
• A nose of toasted pecan, sage, and lemon peel leads to a waxy palate of brioche crust and brown sugar brine with a finish of arugula dressed in olive oil and salt
• Orthodox Union Certified Pareve Kosher
• NY Farm Distillery License eligible
• Non-chill filtered; 47.5% ABV

Produced from grain to bottle in New York state, each barrel of Fort Hamilton Single Barrel Bourbon is hand-selected by Fort Hamilton founder Alex Clark to showcase a corn-forward mash bill, rounding out and complementing Fort Hamilton’s range of primarily rye-forward whiskeys.
