"Gaja Rossj-Bass is a refined Chardonnay with wide maturation possibilities, soft and fragrant. In the glass it has a beautiful golden yellow color. The nose gives off a fine and captivating bouquet of citrus and flowers, with a touch of honey of considerable depth. The body is very elegant, with a strong character, with good acidity and a fresh and persistent finish. Perfect with smoked fish appetizers, steamed shellfish, grilled fish, but also with blue and aged cheeses."
