With their balanced sweetness, Cream sherries, like Lustau East India, blend exquisitely with soft cheeses such as Torta del Casar, Brie or Coulommiers; and blue cheeses like Cabrales and Stilton. Served slightly chilled, the notes of nuts and raisins in the Cream complement, enhance, and prolong the intense flavour of the foie gras. Best served chilled, between 12 degrees and 14 degrees C."
