From the Producer: The Chupacabra is our red Shape-Shifter site blend from the Buhl Memorial Vineyard, located in Willcox, AZ. Fermented & aged in concrete. Latest bud break on record preceded a hot spring free of heat spikes. Monsoon conditions started a month early with record rainfall during ripening. Cool temps slowed down ripening for a long harvest.
