From the Producer: Chupacabra Blanca, our white Shape-shifter site blend from Buhl Memorial Vineyard, located in Willcox, AZ. Latest bud break on record preceded a hot spring free of heat spikes. Monsoon conditions started a month early with record rainfall during ripening. Cool temps slowed down ripening for a long harvest.
