White grapes—50% Chardonnay, 27% Albariño, 13% Grüner—fermented with their skins.

A California version of a favorite Italian orange wine - where the winemaking style was born. The resulting wine is full of texture, dry tropical flavors and refreshing.

Pairs well with grilled octopus, mushroom risotto, olive tapenade, chorizo.
