From the distributor: This vintage of Hommage Blanc is made from 80% Roussanne 15% Grenache Blanc 5% Clairette Blanc, all organically farmed on volcanic soils. The grapes are direct pressed and fermented with native yeasts and bottled after aging 8 months in neutral barrels.
