Our California Reserve Apple Brandy is like an apple orchard in your glass, with soft notes of honey and baking spices.
We make our apple brandy from a field blend of local apples sourced from a single family-owned orchard in Mendocino County. We press the apples into cider, which we then cold-ferment and distill with more fresh apples in our pot stills. The resulting brandy is aged in used American whiskey casks and used American and French oak wine casks.
