Standard Wormwood Amaro 375ml

From the Producer: The amaro world is near and dear to our hearts and is very influential on how we make all of our spirits. It's a category you can push into so many directions and our Wormwood Amaro does just that. Deep tobacco notes and smoke come from a combination of a light oak aging, a short rest with smoked apples, and vapour infused spices ranging from cardamom, clove and galangal. Balancing this is a unique eucalyptus menthol note coming from black walnuts that grow on our farm upstate. The finish transforms into more subtle bitter notes from wormwood and grapefruit peel that lingers with a pithy-citrus note.
