I could inhale this wine's lemon gelato and pine needle perfume all the day and all of the night. Then the wine's Golden Delicious apple and filbert flavors kick in, along with a savory note akin to cold soba noodles with Thai basil. As always with this producer—killer acidity. - M.A.
