| Hey Free Rangers, Long week. Pretty frayed over here, if we’re being honest, and it would be silly to stop doing that at this point. So, let’s just get right after the booze deals, as this was one of the highlights of said week. But first, the 1/2 bottle sale is extended through the week! We also added a few more, including Almaviva ‘16, Cristom Pinot Noir ’19, Chateau Musar ’13, and Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs (aka Schrampagne). Check it out: https://freerangebrooklyn.com/half-half/ The whiskey opportunities at wholesale continue to provide access to a few of our favorite things in unusually bountiful numbers and/or significant discounts, occasionally both. A new 5 case price emerged on the latest Lagavulin 11 Offerman Edition, such that (to the best of our knowledge) our offer below is currently the best retail price in the world. And you better believe I’m claiming a case for myself (as is Wesley). We only humor the clever branding when the juice is also very good. And when we first heard of the Nick Offerman Edition of Lagavulin, we were cautiously optimistic, but now three releases into the project, we’re fully on board, and not just because Nick Offerman is one of the coolest people alive. This 3rd edition was aged in charred oak which imparts an added Bourbon-like richness to that quintessential Lagavulin smoke. And while there was no further discount, we just received the largest pile of St. George Single Malt Whiskey that I’ve seen in one place, since besides the distillery. We already crushed (and shared) one bottle in the shop, and I’m keeping at least a case for my personal collection, and at $99 retail THIS WEEK ONLY I can’t think of a better deal on a rarer more delicious American whiskey. We were also able to grab an extra case of the exceedingly rare and delicious St George 40th Anniversary Single Malt (1982 bottles produced), whose price below is definitely the lowest in town (prove us wrong and a further discount is in order).
