He was charitably called “not intellectually curious” by the petrified press forest of the day. The guy was just a simpleton who couldn’t be bothered to read, and having been born into a long line of war profiteers, had long learned never to ask questions about anything. And he begot the tyranny of evil men. Bush pushed the envelope of how little effort the most powerful man in the world could possibly put forth while Cheney and Rumsfeld blew the shutters off the Overton Window for blatant war crimes going completely unpunished (and mostly unexamined). We’ve hoarded up a bunch of releases of Willett Rye 4 Year, and while they stopped labeling batch numbers, each is at a different proof. If you order more than 1 bottle, we can make sure each is from a different batch.
All Weller releases have become tough to acquire, and when we can get any of them it’s generally no more than 2 or 3 bottles at a time.
